The 412,418 SF main high school building includes associated 100 acres of site work, 5,000 seat football stadium, athletics complex and outbuildings. Building includes masonry and steel bearing structure, CMU with brick veneer and composite panel exterior, aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems, three-story load bearing masonry classroom wing, science labs, 920 seat auditorium, main and auxiliary gyms, art and music, wrestling room, rubber coated track, early childhood development, terrazzo and polished concrete floor finish. Project includes all utilities and finish sitework for 90 acres.

“By far Shelco has provided the most successful experience with the CM at Risk delivery method to ASU by virtue of their dedication and straight forward dealings with us. I would retain this firm as my first choice on any future CM at Risk project and cannot recommend them highly enough for your committee consideration.”
