LPL Financial Groundbreaking

On February 26, 2015,  LPL Financial held a groundbreaking ceremony for their 317,000 SF six-story office building, 150,000 SF six-story office building and a 1,930 space parking deck in Fort Mill, South Carolina.  LPL will transfer 1,000 jobs to the Fort Mill campus and plans to have 3,000 employees by 2022. The LPL Financial campus will have a LEED Gold Goal and will be completed in the Fall of 2016.
