This flat management structure affords ready access to all members of the team, as well as prompt decision-making and timely job completion. In addition, each project manager tracks the critical path using our in-house computerized scheduling system, and provides weekly field update lists to senior management, subcontractors, suppliers and owners to keep everyone informed.
To keep each project budget on track, our Computer Methods International Corporation (CMiC) cost-reporting system matches each item with its estimate and details all costs assigned to a job including vendor names, original estimates, estimate changes, purchases, amounts paid, outstanding fees, and any variances between estimates and actual purchases. This detail enables our clients to examine the financial status of their projects at a glance.

Our Safety Director assures compliance with constantly changing OSHA requirements and facilitates weekly team meetings with subcontractors to verify all protocols are followed. In addition, our director conducts pre-construction and pre-task planning meetings with all subcontractors.
