Shelco is a General Contractor with offices in Charlotte, Raleigh and Winston‐Salem, NC working primarily in the Carolinas, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
We provide a full range of construction services which includes planning, pre‐construction, construction management, design build, renovation, new construction and BIM. Although we focus mainly in the office, parking structures and industrial markets, Shelco also serves a broad range of clients including retail, medical, educational, mission critical, bio‐technology and athletic sectors. We are committed to a sustainable future and place a high priority on our LEED initiative.
